When we post, where we post to, and what happens when birthdays send themselves.
- When do you post the cards?
At least 5 working days before the date the card is for, counting back in working days and skipping weekends and UK bank holidays.
- Can I send a card from outside the UK?
Yes — you can hold an account and pay from any country. It's the card's destination that has to be in the UK.
- Can birthdays send themselves?
On Pro and above, yes. On Free they appear on your calendar and you approve each card before it goes.
- Can I set it up once and stop thinking about it?
Yes, on Pro and above. You choose the cards and write the messages; we send one for every birthday after that.
- If you're sending on my behalf, how do I know it worked?
You hear from us whenever a card doesn't go — no postal address, an earlier return, or a balance that won't cover what's coming.
- How many cards can I send at once?
Up to 10 on Free, 200 on Pro and 500 on Centre in one bulk send.
